Privacy policy
The privacy policy is written and supplied by Top Tier Props, and this preview build does not carry it. A site that asks you to trust an owner-only record does not get to invent its own privacy policy, so this page names what is missing instead.
Placeholder — client-supplied copy required.
What the published policy has to cover
A checklist for whoever drafts it. Every line is a decision only the owner can make. Send the finished document and it goes in as written.
- What is collected — every field the site, the Discord join and the VIP checkout actually capture, and which of them are optional.
- Analytics and cookies — which tools run on the site, what each one stores, how long it is stored, and whether consent is asked for first.
- Third-party processors — the named list, including Discord for delivery and identity, and Winible for billing, with a line on what each one receives.
- Retention — how long each category of data is kept, and what is deleted when a subscription ends.
- How to request deletion — the exact steps someone takes to have their data removed, and how long a reply takes.
- Contact route — the address or form for privacy questions, and who on the team answers it.
Until it is published, questions about your data — what is held, or having it deleted — go through the contact page.
