Terms of service
The terms that govern membership are written and supplied by Top Tier Props, and this preview build does not carry them. A site that publishes its losing weeks does not get to invent its own terms, so this page names what is missing instead.

What the published terms have to cover
A checklist for whoever drafts them. Every line is a decision only the owner can make. Send the finished document and it goes in as written.
- Eligibility and age — the minimum age, and any states or countries that cannot join.
- What the subscription includes — what a member gets each slate, and what is explicitly not part of it.
- Billing and cancellation — the price, when it renews, that billing runs through Winible, how to cancel there, and the position on refunds.
- Acceptable use — what gets an account removed, including resharing plays outside the private channel.
- No guarantee — a plain statement that no result is promised, that this is research for entertainment, and that it is not financial advice.
- Limitation of liability — the extent of responsibility for losses, drafted by counsel rather than copied from another site.
- Governing law — which state or country the terms are read under, and where a dispute is heard.
- How changes are communicated — the notice given before new terms take effect, and how members are told.
Until they are published, questions about membership, billing or cancelling go through the contact page.
